Job summary

AMK Technology is seeking an experienced NOC Shift Lead to join our Indonesia operations on a contract basis. You will oversee mission-critical IT operations, lead technical teams, ensure SLA compliance, and drive service excellence across enterprise infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on incident management, shift rostering, root‑cause analysis, and collaboration with regional teams and vendors. Candidates based in Indonesia with immediate availability and ITIL familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT operations, NOC, service desk or MSP support.
• Strong ITIL familiarity and incident management knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and ticketing systems.
• Based in Indonesia and available immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily NOC operations and shift activities.
• Ensure SLA compliance and monitor KPIs and targets.
• Manage incident escalation and rapid service restoration.
• Coordinate with regional teams, vendors and IT management.
• Drive process improvements and automation within IT operations.
• Oversee quality assurance and incident reporting.
• Mentor engineers and junior staff with technical guidance.
• Maintain thorough operational logs, tickets and asset records.
