Job summary

PT Bicom Mitra Solusindo is seeking an IT consultant to support client networks across Bekasi, Cikarang, Kawarang and Jakarta. The role requires at least one year of hands-on experience with computer, server, and network infrastructure, plus a solid grasp of routing and switching.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in English, is comfortable working on customer sites, and familiar with Fortigate and Mikrotik devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Understand Network Basic Concept such as routing, switching, etc.
• Familiar with Fortigate and Mikrotik router device
• Proficient in English both oral & written
• Willing to be located in customer site (Bekasi, Cikarang, Krawang and Jakarta)

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain customer computers, servers and network infrastructure.
• Answer staff questions in person or via phone on all company supported applications, determine source of computer problems and fix the issue (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
• Remotely troubleshoot problems through email/telephone by taking over the control users terminals via LAN/WAN connections.
• Handle incoming phone calls and escalation of problems.
• Update information on Help desk Ticketing System (Progress, Record Historical Solution as knowledge base).
