Job summary

Seven Retail, a diverse House of Brands, is hiring an IT Support Senior Associate in Jakarta. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to keep systems running smoothly across our offices.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 4+ years in IT/Technical Support, with hands-on experience on FortiGate, Sophos or MikroTik firewalls, and solid networking knowledge including Wi‑Fi, VPN, servers and switches. Strong communication needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of IT support or technical support experience.
Familiar with FortiGate, Sophos, MikroTik and similar firewalls.
Strong understanding of networks including Wi‑Fi, VPN, servers, switches and access points.
Experience supporting multiple office locations is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and other IT issues to keep systems running smoothly.
Set up, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain the company's network, including Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, servers, firewalls, and network devices.
Perform regular system checks and fix technical issues to minimize downtime.
Work with external vendors for IT maintenance, repairs, and issue escalation when needed.
Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT issues are resolved quickly.
