Job summary

PT Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking a Network Engineer to analyze customer network requirements, design and implement solutions, and support ongoing projects on site in Jakarta. You will work with a range of network devices and vendors to ensure delivery aligned with Scope of Work.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of networking experience, hands-on work with Cisco/Huawei/Aruba/Fortinet/Palo Alto, and a track record of documenting technical procedures and maintenance tasks while meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in networking.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, or Palo Alto products.
• Certifications such as CCNA or HCIA (Routing & Switching) preferred.
• Ability to create technical and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer network requirements and project scope.
• Implement network solutions based on approved Scope of Work.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues on customer sites.
• Create project and maintenance documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues to principals/vendors when needed.
• Support ongoing and new network projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
