Job summary

Chandra Asri Group, through its subsidiary PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi (CASS), has established an SSC to support end-users across Indonesia. The IT On-Site Support Analyst provides day-to-day EUC and IT infrastructure support at CASS sites under guidance of the Senior Analyst.

The role handles on-site tickets for EUC, printers, and basic networking; requires Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 familiarity, and exposure to Intune with ITIL awareness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of EUC / desktop / on-site support experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and printer troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Microsoft Intune and ITIL incident management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve walk-up and assigned tickets for EUC, printers, and basic connectivity issues.
• Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365 services (account, mailbox, Teams, OneDrive).
• Support EUC management actions in Microsoft Intune (enrolment, compliance follow-up, policy assignment).
• Coordinate with field engineers and maintain accurate ticket notes and site runbooks.
