PT Minebea AccessSolutions Indonesia (formerly known as PT Honda Lock Indonesia) is seeking a senior HRGA Manager to lead labor law compliance, remuneration, recruitment, training, and employee relations in Bekasi's MM2100 area.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor or Master in Law, Psychology, MSDM or Industrial Relation, with 10+ years in HRGA and 5+ years managing 700+ staff; fluent in English, Japanese preferred, and capable of drafting company regulations and coordinating with unions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Psychology, MSDM or Industrial Relation.
• Minimum 10 years experience as HRGA Assistant Manager.
• Minimum 5 years experience as HRGA Manager handling 700+ employees.
• Mastering labor law regulations and HR governance.
• Fluent in English; Japanese preferred.
• Able to draft company regulations / PKB, board decisions letters, and other HRGA regulations.
• Strong relations with labor unions and third parties (Dinas Ketenagakerjaan, local communities).
• Proven analytical, decision-making, communication, leadership, negotiation and adaptability skills.
