Job summary

PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee personnel functions in our manufacturing environment in Batam. You will support end-to-end recruitment, maintain employee records, and handle HR administration including attendance, leave, and work visa applications, while ensuring confidentiality.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, with at least 5 years of personnel experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Ordinance is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years solid personnel experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Well-versed in Labor Ordinance and other regulations in Indonesia.
• Able to work independently with confidentiality.
• Mature, meticulous with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken & written English and proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing various personnel functions, including support in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, exit process, etc), maintaining employee records, handling HR administration (attendance, leave, work visa application, etc.) and other assigned duties.
