Job summary

PT Ozz Life Restaurant in Kuta, Lombok is seeking a hands-on General Manager to take full responsibility for daily operations and overall performance. You will lead floor, bar, cashier and leadership teams, coordinate with the Head Chef, ensure top service and high standards of cleanliness, while optimizing costs and schedule management.

The ideal candidate has senior restaurant leadership experience, strong guest focus, and the ability to drive growth in a premium setting on Lombok.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in restaurant management at GM level or higher.
• Proven ability to lead large teams across floor, bar and kitchen operations.
• Strong understanding of stock control, cost management and service standards.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural leadership with international guests.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, train and supervise floor, bar, cashier and leadership teams.
• Coordinate closely with Head Chef and kitchen team.
• Ensure excellent service, food consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and restaurant presentation.
• Prepare and manage fixed staff schedules.
• Control attendance, punctuality, discipline and productivity.
• Monitor stock availability and ensure key menu items are never out of stock.
• Reduce waste and operational costs; minimize mistakes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor Google reviews and actively improve reputation.
• Improve table turnover without harming guest experience.
• Submit accurate daily operation reports.
• Develop corporate partnerships, group bookings and private events.
• Be present on the floor during key service periods and lead the team.
