Maju Operations and Development is seeking an experienced Operational Manager for its Central Lombok site in West Nusa Tenggara. This contract role requires on‑site leadership to drive service excellence, quality standards and continuous improvement across front office, housekeeping, F&B and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality operations, strong people leadership, budgeting and revenue optimisation skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operational management experience in hospitality or tourism.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑departmental teams and operations.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and revenue optimisation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership with English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all operational departments to ensure smooth daily service.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance across operations.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and revenue optimisation strategies.
• Train, motivate and supervise staff and develop a positive culture.
• Maintain guest service standards and address complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with senior management on performance and strategic initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships and contracts for value for money.
• Implement policies and systems to ensure efficiency and consistency.
