Job summary

PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara is seeking a Switching Application Support Officer to join the IT Application & Services team in Jakarta. You will manage Switching systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors to resolve incidents.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, 2+ years in application or system support, strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and willingness to work overtime as needed. Contract-based role based in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Switching systems and applications to ensure reliable and optimal operations.

• Perform application log analysis and technical investigation to identify root causes.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and support resolution actions.
• Create technical tickets and coordinate with principals/vendors to address issues.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to support smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Perform multiple tasks while maintaining service quality and priorities.
• Be willing to work overtime when required to support operational needs.

If you have experience in application support, system troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident handling, and are familiar with technologies such as Linux, Java, Cloud, MongoDB, and API, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

• Manage and support Switching systems and applications to ensure reliable and optimal system operations.
• Support the planning and development of Switching applications.
• Handle incident, problem, and service request related to Switching applications.
• Perform application log analysis and technical investigation to identify the root cause of issues.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and support appropriate resolution and follow-up actions.
• Create technical tickets and conduct follow-up with principals/vendors to ensure issues are properly addressed.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to support smooth application operations and issue resolution.
• Perform multiple tasks effectively while maintaining service quality and operational priorities.
• Be willing to work overtime when required to support operational needs.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Application Support, System Support, or a related IT role.
• Have experience working on IT projects.
• Have experience in application/system troubleshooting and technical issue investigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a multitasking environment and manage multiple priorities.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
