Job summary

PT Midas Daya Teknologi seeks an Application Support professional to monitor and troubleshoot critical banking transaction systems for Bank Danamon branches across Indonesia. You will be the first point of contact for branch users and support deployment activities.

You will collaborate with Oracle teams, run database queries, perform data extraction, and assist compliance data requests while ensuring system stability and operational readiness, including after-hours support when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Experience in application/production support or IT operations preferred.
• Familiarity with banking apps or financial services systems is a plus.
• Hands-on with Oracle tools, Linux, and basic data tasks.

Job description

• Provide application support for critical banking transaction systems used by Bank Danamon branches across Indonesia (WIB, WITA, and WIT).
• Monitor application performance and system availability to ensure smooth business operations and minimize service disruptions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Serve as the first point of contact for branch users regarding application-related issues and operational support.
• Support application deployment activities, including post-deployment verification and validation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (Oracle teams) to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Perform database queries, data extraction, and basic data analysis to support troubleshooting and operational requests.
• Provide, validate, and audit data requested by Compliance, Law Enforcement Authorities, internal auditors, or clients in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize monitoring and support tools to ensure system stability, service quality, and operational readiness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in Application Support, Production Support, IT Operations, or a similar role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of banking applications or financial services systems is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, Oracle SQL/SQL, AS400, and Linux environments.
• Experience using Oracle SQL Developer, PuTTY, WinSCP, Jira, and Dynatrace is preferred.
• Experience in data extraction, data validation, and supporting audit or compliance-related requests will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to support end users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in shifts or provide support outside regular business hours, if required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
