Job summary

Golden Agri in Bogor is seeking a QA/QC specialist to supervise the Quality and Food Safety System from raw materials to finished products. You will ensure compliance with company standards, coordinate improvements, and oversee calibration and audits for ongoing product quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years of experience, with knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001/22000, and Halal Assurance.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Food safety and Quality Management concepts.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001 & ISO 22000, Halal Assurance System (SJH).
• Knowledge of product processes and understanding of bottled drinking water (AMDK) and/or Carbonated Beverages.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and verify the factory Quality and Food Safety System so that products comply with company standards.
• Monitor the implementation of improvement recommendations for the Quality and Food Safety System.
• Conduct periodic checks on reports from QC analysts for microbiology, incoming material, and in-process control and report them to the QC Section Head.
• Collect data related to product complaints and follow up corrective actions.
• Review the calibration program for quality measuring instruments and supervise its implementation and follow-up of results.
• Conduct trial runs with R&D in product development and packaging, and verify products during trials.
• Supervise and verify production process analysis and laboratory results related to Toll In according to the Quality Plan and SOP.
• Review and verify stock opname (inventory checks) and OPEX realizations according to the approved budget.
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the 5R and safety program to ensure safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.

Supervise and verify the implementation of the Quality and Food Safety Management System in the factory, starting from raw materials, production process, to finished products to ensure that everything always complies with the standards set by the company.

Job Description:

• Supervise and verify the implementation of the factory Quality and Food Safety System so that the products produced comply with company standards
• Monitor the implementation of improvement recommendations for the Quality and Food Safety System.
• Conduct periodic checks on reports provided by QC analysts for microbiology, incoming material, and in process control and report them to the QC Section Head.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Food safety and Quality Management concepts.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001 & ISO 22000, Halal Assurance System (SJH)
• Knowledge of product processes and understanding off bottled drinking water (AMDK) and/or Carbonated Beverages.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
