Job summary

Indesso is seeking a QC Supervisor to lead laboratory activities, implement quality systems, and drive continuous improvement in analysis and documentation. You will oversee ASLT and sensory testing, coordinate audits, and manage calibration and method validation for new products.

You will work with a strong team to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and GLP, while enhancing laboratory efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Job description

Develop, maintain, and update the laboratory management system and related procedures.

Develop, maintain, and update QC and laboratory documentation.

Monitor and conduct Accelerated Shelf-Life Study (ASLT) activities.

Monitor and conduct analytical testing for new products.

Develop and standardize analytical methods for new laboratory instruments.

Monitor the implementation of laboratory equipment calibration and method validation.

Monitor the development and competency improvement of laboratory team members.

Coordinate and resolve analytical disposition issues related to new products.

Monitor product analysis and disposition processes for new products.

Coordinate and handle external audits related to QC and laboratory documentation.

Monitor the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements within the laboratory area.

Ensure laboratory activities comply with applicable quality, food safety, and laboratory standards.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC Supervisor in the the food, seasoning, or flavor industry.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment management, including calibration and analytical method validation.
• Good understanding and experience in implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000, and GLP.
• Good understanding and practical knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience in Accelerated Shelf-Life Testing (ASLT) and analysis.
• Good understanding of sensory testing principles.
• Proficient in and familiar with SAP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and team management skills.
