Job summary

PT YAY ENAK SEMUA is seeking a Manager Quality Management System (F&B Industry) to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate quality control and assurance from raw materials to customer delivery, ensuring food quality and safety parameters are met.

The role requires a bachelor in Food Technology, at least 2 years’ QMS management experience in F&B, knowledge of microbiology, pesticide residue, and foreign material, and compliance with FDA, SNI, BPOM, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, BRC and halal standards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of QMS Manager experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of microbiology, pesticide residues, and foreign material.
• Understanding of FDA, SNI, BPOM, and HACCP.
• Experience in sanitation and hygiene.
• ISO 22000:2018, BRC, GS Food, Halal certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate QMS/FSMS to ensure quality and safety from raw materials to customers.
• Monitor raw materials and production processes for safety.
• Prepare programs and manage QMS/FSMS certifications (ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, Halal).

“Manager Quality Management System (F&B Industry)”

Job Description:

- Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure that food quality and safety parameters are met, starting from raw materials, production processes and production results until received by customers

- Monitoring and inspecting raw materials and production processes to ensure that the product is safe.

- Preparing programs and managing the Quality Management System (QMS)/Food Safety Management System (FSMS), ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, Halal Assurance System (HAS 23000) and Halal.

Qualifications:

- Minimum education of S1 majoring in Food Technology

- Have experience as QMS Manager in Food & Beverage field for at least 2 years

- Have basic knowledge about microbiology analysis, pesticide residue and foreign material

- Have understanding related to food quality and safety (FDA, SNI, BPOM), HACCP

- Have experience in sanitation and hygiene

- Have ISO 22000:2018, BRC, GS Food Issue, Halal certification
