Job summary

PT Link Net Tbk in Tangerang Selatan (BSD) invites you for an internship in Organization Development and Performance Management. You will support input and review of job descriptions, and help develop organization charts using Visio.

• Able to work collaboratively and handle administrative/documentation tasks carefully.

Responsibilities

• Support the input and review of job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure and role responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain organization charts using Visio and support the preparation of final organization documentation.
• Assist in reviewing Human Capital SOPs and business processes to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational practices.
• Review KPI inputs from users and assess their alignment with the respective role’s job description and responsibilities.

• Develop and maintain organization charts using Visio and support the preparation of final organization documentation.
• Assist in reviewing Human Capital SOPs and business processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational practices.
• Review KPI inputs from users and assess their alignment with the respective role’s job description and responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing and structuring organizational documents and charts
• Interested in Organization Development and Performance Management.
• Able to work collaboratively and handle administrative/documentation tasks carefully.
• Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
