Job summary

PT Link Net Tbk in BSD, Tangerang Selatan invites applications for an internship focused on Organization Development and Performance Management. You will assist in shaping job descriptions, maintaining organization charts with Visio, and reviewing SOPs to ensure clarity and alignment with roles.

The role involves coordinating KPI inputs and ensuring they reflect the duties and responsibilities of each position, while collaborating with HR and operations to maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing and structuring organizational documents and charts.
• Interested in Organization Development and Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Support input and review of job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure and role responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain organization charts using Visio and support the preparation of final organization documentation
