Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing and structuring organizational documents and charts.
• Interested in Organization Development and Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Support input and review of job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure and role responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain organization charts using Visio and support the preparation of final organization documentation
• Assist in reviewing Human Capital SOPs and business processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational practices
• Review KPI inputs from users and assess their alignment with the respective role's job description and responsibilities
