Job summary

Female Daily Network in Jakarta seeks an HR professional to drive employee experience and maintain governance across the organization. You will handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, onboarding, offboarding, and HR policy implementation to ensure compliant, consistent people processes.

You will develop SOPs, coordinate performance cycles, translate feedback into improvements, and lead cross-functional people programs aligned with business needs in a fast-paced digital media environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and disciplinary processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive employee experience improvements and internal communication initiatives to strengthen engagement and connection across business units.
• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, conflicts, grievances, and other people-related issues.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Company Regulations, HR policies, and disciplinary procedures.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR SOPs and policies while identifying opportunities for process improvement and stronger governance.
• Manage key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding.
• Manage employee feedback and translate insights into improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate performance cycles with HR Organization Development, including socialization, progress tracking, data consolidation, and reporting.
• Develop and execute employee engagement and culture activation initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional people programs and HR projects aligned with business needs.
