Reload Sanctuary is looking for a knowledgeable and guest-focused Nutritionist with hands-on experience in personalized meal planning and excellent English communication skills. In this role, you will support our guests' wellness goals through practical nutrition guidance and work closely with our kitchen and fitness teams to develop balanced, enjoyable meal options.
Assess guests' eating habits, dietary preferences, activity levels, and wellness goals to develop appropriate nutrition recommendations.
Create personalized meal plans supporting goals such as weight management, muscle gain, sports performance, and general wellbeing.
Calculate calorie and macronutrient requirements and translate them into practical food choices and portion sizes.
Work closely with chefs to develop nutritionally balanced menus, standardized recipes, and suitable meal alternatives.
Account for food allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions, coordinating preparation requirements with the kitchen.
Conduct nutrition consultations and follow-up sessions in English, monitor progress, and adjust plans when appropriate.
Collaborate with personal trainers and the wellness team to provide consistent guest support.
Deliver nutrition education through consultations, workshops, and easy-to-understand educational materials.
Maintain accurate, confidential consultation records and meal-plan documentation.
Recognize cases requiring medical or specialist care and refer guests to appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Nutrition Science, or Dietetics.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including hands-on experience creating personalized meal plans and conducting nutrition consultations.
Strong knowledge of calorie calculations, macronutrients, portion control, and evidence-based nutrition.
Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to conduct consultations and explain nutrition concepts to international guests.
Experience working in a wellness center, fitness facility, hospitality setting, or nutrition practice is preferred.
Ability to collaborate with chefs and translate nutrition recommendations into practical, appealing meals.
Proficiency in nutrition analysis software and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional, non-judgmental approach.
Relevant professional credentials and additional training in sports nutrition are an advantage.
