Job description

This role combines sports science expertise with delivery of biohacking therapies and longevity protocols at a resort-based Vitality Centre. You will lead performance assessments, design evidence-based training programs, deliver specialised recovery and biohacking therapies, and guide guests through an integrated wellness journey that blends scientific rigour with exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead VO₂ max assessments and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing, interpret results accurately, and translate findings into actionable, personalised training and lifestyle recommendations
• Design evidence-based training programs for resort guests and members, aligned with individual longevity, recovery, and performance goals — with particular focus on VO₂ max improvement, strength and muscle preservation, and cardiovascular resilience
• Collaborate closely with coaches to develop integrated movement programming that aligns modalities and avoids duplication
• Conduct initial performance consultations including fitness history review, goal setting, and milestone tracking
• Educate guests on the science behind their programs, building genuine understanding of why specific training approaches serve their longevity and performance outcomes
• Monitor guest progress, adjust programs based on ongoing assessment data, and document outcomes accurately
• Deliver and oversee the full menu of Vitality Centre biohacking therapies, including Cellgym IHHT, High-frequency PEMF, Red Light / Photobiomodulation Therapy, Infrared Sauna Dome, Contrast Therapy, Compression Therapy, and additional Vitality Centre modalities as trained
• Apply and communicate science-backed protocols for each therapy, tailoring session parameters to individual guest profiles and goals
• Conduct thorough pre-therapy consultations and contraindication screening to ensure safety and suitability
• Deliver an exceptional, 5-star guest experience that blends scientific rigour with warmth, approachability, and cultural sensitivity
