Job summary

Reload Sanctuary in Bali seeks a knowledgeable Nutritionist to guide guests with personalized meal planning and nutrition consultations. You will work with our kitchen and fitness teams to craft balanced meals and educate guests in English.

Ideal candidates have a nutrition degree, 2+ years of hands-on meal planning experience, and strong skills in calorie/macronutrient calculations and nutrition software. Hospitality or wellness center experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Nutrition Science, or Dietetics.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience creating personalized meal plans and conducting nutrition consultations.
• Strong knowledge of calorie calculations, macronutrients, portion control, and evidence-based nutrition.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to conduct consultations for international guests.
• Experience in wellness centers, fitness facilities, hospitality settings, or nutrition practice is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with chefs and translate nutrition recommendations into practical meals.
• Proficiency in nutrition analysis software and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Assess guests' eating habits, dietary preferences, activity levels, and wellness goals to develop nutrition recommendations.
• Create personalized meal plans supporting goals such as weight management, muscle gain, or general wellbeing.
• Calculate calorie and macronutrient requirements and translate them into practical food choices and portion sizes.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop nutritionally balanced menus, recipes, and meal alternatives.
• Account for allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions, coordinating with the kitchen.
• Conduct nutrition consultations and follow-ups in English, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Work with trainers and wellness staff to provide consistent guest support.
• Deliver nutrition education through consultations, workshops, and simple educational materials.
• Maintain confidential consultation records and meal-plan documentation.
• Refer guests to qualified healthcare professionals when medical or specialist care is required.
