Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia is seeking a Product & Process Development Supervisor to lead new product development projects from recipe to commercial production, define process parameters, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You will conduct industrial-scale trials, prepare detailed trial reports, and establish SOPs and work instructions for processing lines.

The role requires a degree in a related field, FMCG R&D experience, and strong English, data analysis, and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Food Technology, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 1 year of R&D experience in FMCG.
• Proficient in English and MS Office; knowledge of Minitab/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NPD projects from recipe to commercial production.
• Conduct industrial-scale trials and prepare trial reports.
• Set up and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions for processing lines.
• Assess raw material documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Lead continuous process improvements and identify efficiency opportunities.
