Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or reception experience.
• Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Extroverted, sociable, and energetic.
• Organized, reliable, and punctual.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and registrations.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, extensions, and room changes.
• Manage bookings through Booking.com, Hostelworld, and Cloudbeds.
• Answer emails, WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and online inquiries.
• Provide information about hostel facilities, activities, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and complaints.
• Organize and host daily social activities and evening events.
• Lead trivia nights, drinking games, beer pong tournaments, and other group activities.
• Promote and sell hostel tours, excursions, and activities.
