Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audit and ensure transactions are balanced.
• Verify guest accounts, room charges, payments, and daily revenue.
• Prepare nightly audit and Front Office reports.
• Handle late-night check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
• Monitor room status and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure smooth Front Office operations during the night.
