Job summary

Jeeva Resorts in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Night Audit Officer. The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality or tourism and at least 2 years in a similar position.

You will be familiar with the VHP system, have excellent verbal and written communication, and ensure accurate nightly financial closing, guest accounts, and front office reporting while managing late-night check-ins and guest requests.

• Monitor room status and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure smooth Front Office operations during the night.
