Job summary

iNi ViE in Bali is seeking an experienced Reservations Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and optimize room revenue. You will manage guest inquiries, coordinate with PMS and OTA channels, and lead a small team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in hospitality, is fluent in English, and comfortable working weekends and holidays. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel will help drive guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in reservations, front office, or supervisory roles in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of reservation procedures, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
Proficient with PMS, Channel Manager, and OTA platforms.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
