Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Head of Mining Engineering to build and lead a new site in Sulawesi. You will ensure exploration and construction activities align with ESDM regulations and GMP, driving safe, compliant operations from the ground up.

The role demands 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial or KTT experience, strong budgeting, and proactive stakeholder engagement with government bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• POP, POM, and POU certifications required for KTT status.
• 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial or KTT experience.
• Knowledge of ESDM regulations, RKAB, AMDAL.
• Budgets, cost control, and contractor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ESDM regulations and liaison with government agencies.
• Lead preparation and control of RKAB, feasibility studies, and AMDAL.
• Oversee mining ops: overburden removal, ore hauling, stockpile, and shipping.
• Lead HSE initiatives, GMP, and SMKP implementation.
• Mentor operations team and contractors to meet standards.
