Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a seasoned Head of Mining Engineering (KTT) to lead on-site mining activities in Sulawesi. You will ensure exploration and construction activities comply with ESDM regulations, prioritizing safety, environment, and GMP.

The role requires 8+ years in nickel mining with strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and stakeholder management. You will oversee mining operations, permits, budgeting, and contractor management on a developing concession.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology is required.
• Minimum 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial or KTT experience.
• Strong knowledge of ESDM regulations, RKAB, budgeting, and contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ESDM regulations and act as liaison with government agencies for permits and licenses.
• Lead preparation, evaluation, and control of RKAB, Feasibility Studies, and AMDAL to support mine planning.
• Oversee overburden removal, ore getting, hauling, stockpile management, shipping, and grade control to meet targets.
• Lead HSE initiatives enforcing GMP, SMKP, and environmental compliance.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate the operations team and contractors.
