Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a heads-up Mining Engineering lead (KTT) to establish and oversee operational mining activities in North Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. You will ensure exploration and construction activities comply with ESDM regulations, uphold safety and GMP standards, and coordinate with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology with POP/POM/POU certifications.
• Minimum 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial/KTT experience.
• Strong knowledge of ESDM regulations, RKAB procedures, mine planning and grade control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ESDM regulations and liaison with government agencies.
• Lead preparation and control of RKAB, Feasibility Studies, AMDAL to support mine planning.
• Oversee mining operations including overburden removal, ore getting, hauling, stockpile management and shipping.
• Lead GMP, SMKP and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Manage and mentor operations team and contractors to meet standards.
