You will oversee exploration and construction, ensuring strict adherence to ESDM regulations, safety (K3), environmental protection, and GMP as the project transitions toward production.

You will guide mining operations planning and execution, manage permits and licenses, mentor the team and contractors, and coordinate with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• 8+ years in nickel mining with managerial or KTT experience.
• English proficiency for technical coordination with teams and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with mining regulations (ESDM) and act as liaison with government agencies.
• Lead preparation, evaluation, and control of RKAB, Feasibility Studies, and AMDAL to support mine planning.
• Oversee mining operations including overburden removal, ore handling, hauling, stockpile management, shipping, and grade control.
• Lead HSE initiatives by enforcing GMP and SMKP, and environmental compliance.
• Mentor and evaluate the operations team and contractors to meet standards.
