Exclusive Networks Indonesia is seeking a Product Manager to develop, manage and present vendor solutions to partners and end users in Jakarta. You will drive revenue targets, coordinate quarterly forecasts, and supervise quotations and POC arrangements.

The role requires 3–5 years in product or account management, a degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Admin, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to align with company priorities and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven track record in achieving and often exceeding sales target.
• 3-5 years of experience in product manager or account manager would be preferred.
• Experience in sales forecast accuracy and operational excellence.
• Highly motivated, results oriented, resourceful with lots of initiative.
• Ability to motivate staff and influence their tasks to align with organizational goals and priorities.

• Schedule and drive fortnightly pipeline reviews with Vendor team.
• Maintain, update and ensure Deal Registration status of opportunities from named/non-named end user accounts and partners’ leads are up-to-date and accurate
• Independently present vendor’s solution to partners and end users during the meeting
• Prepare and/or supervise preparation of quotations and costing file for order loadings
• Qualify need for POC, coordinate and arrange demo unit, pre-sales resource
