Job summary

PT Travira Air is seeking a Network & System Administrator Specialist to join our IT team in Jakarta. You will manage and monitor our network, servers, and data center environments to ensure availability and performance.

You will implement security measures, manage backups and disaster recovery, and support vulnerability management and incident response. Strong AD, Exchange, and SQL Server skills are essential, with on-call support when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network or system administration, or IT security.
• Strong networking, server, OS, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Experience with AD, Exchange, MS SQL Server, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiar with security monitoring, vulnerability management, access control, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and monitor IT network infrastructure, servers, and data center environments.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of network and server environments.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity for critical IT systems.
• Implement and maintain network and system security including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
• Perform system patching, configuration, monitoring, and security maintenance.
• Monitor access control, firewall, backup systems, and security technologies.
• Support vulnerability management, incident response, and IT security controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient IT operations.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations related to infrastructure, security, and IT policies.
• Provide on call escalation support when required.

We are looking for an Network & System Administrator Specialist to join our team.

If you have solid experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, System Administration, and IT Security, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Manage, maintain, and monitor IT network infrastructure, physical & virtual servers, and data center environments

Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of network and server environments

Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity for critical IT systems

Implement and maintain network & system security, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers

Perform system patching, configuration, monitoring, and security maintenance

Monitor access control, firewall, backup systems, and security technologies

Support vulnerability management, incident response, and IT security controls

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient IT operations

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations related to infrastructure, security, and IT policies

Provide on call escalation support when required

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Network Administration, System Administration, or IT Security

Strong understanding of networking, servers, operating systems, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity

Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, MS SQL Server, routers, switches, and firewalls

Familiarity with security monitoring tools, vulnerability management, access control, and incident response

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Good communication and collaboration skills

Professional certifications such as CCNA, MTCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Server+, or other relevant certifications will be an advantage

Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia

Willing to provide on call support and adapt to changing business needs
