Travelio is seeking a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jakarta, collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate deployments and monitor production environments. The role focuses on security, reliability, and performance in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include on-call rotations, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and robust monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps, with focus on identity management solutions or similar systems.
• Strong Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI/CD, Bamboo, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Significant hands-on knowledge of Cloud deployments.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).
• Nice to have biometrics modalities experience (face, fingerprint, Iris).
• Security best practices, encryption, and data privacy regulations.

• Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Research and recommend new DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices to improve development efficiency and infrastructure reliability.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production environments.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish infrastructure requirements and automate deployment processes.

Monitor and maintain the production environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system stability and performance.

Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Research and recommend new DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices to improve development efficiency and infrastructure reliability.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production environments.

Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps, system administration, or related fields, with a focus on identity management solutions or similar systems.

Strong proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI/CD, Bamboo, or similar.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and fast-paced development environments.

Hands-on with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).

Significant hands‑on knowledge of Cloud deployments.

Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).

Prior experience in biometrics modalities like face, fingerprint, and Iris lifecycle is a big plus. 10. Understanding of security best practices, encryption, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. 12. Should be experienced with DBA activities (Installation/Deployment of DBs (RDBMS or NoSQL), backup/restore etc).

Would be processed and placed in Haji Nawi, South Jakarta (Full WFO).
