Job description

PT EDIfly Solusi Indonesia is looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize our networking infrastructure and mission critical aviation systems. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing network solutions, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, ensuring system reliability, and supporting Message Switching System operations that serve aviation and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and implement computer network infrastructure, including network devices, servers, hardware, and cabling systems.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize network devices, routing, switching, and server environments.
• Troubleshoot network, server, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and operational support for Message Switching System applications to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor network performance and take preventive and corrective actions to minimize service disruptions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide effective, long-term solutions.
• Prepare periodic reports covering troubleshooting activities, maintenance work, and network implementation projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients regarding implementation, maintenance, and technical issue resolution.
• Present technical findings, recommendations, and solutions to clients in a professional and understandable manner.

Requirements

• Male or Female, 21-35 years old.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a related position.
• Willing to work on-site, travel when required, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and client communication abilities.
• Quick understanding of business processes; experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
• Experience managing networking, server, and routing projects; experience with Message Switching Systems is preferred.
• Solid understanding of booting processes, routing, DNS, and Linux/Windows system administration.
• Good knowledge of NAT, PAT, Site-to-Site (S2S) VPN, and Remote VPN technologies.
• MTCRE certification is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications such as MTCNA, CCNA, or equivalent networking certifications are considered an advantage.
