This is a full-time position based in East Jakarta, Jakarta, offering a strategic opportunity to oversee and manage critical network and infrastructure systems that support our organisational operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of our network and infrastructure environments. You will provide technical leadership, supervise a team of network and systems administrators, and work collaboratively with other departments to implement technological solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure and systems to ensure high availability and performance

Manage and supervise network and systems administration staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

Monitor network performance, security, and capacity planning to identify and resolve potential issues proactively

Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and access controls to protect organisational data

Manage data centre operations, including server configurations, storage solutions, and backup systems

Coordinate with IT stakeholders to plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements

Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including system configurations and disaster recovery procedures

Troubleshoot complex network and infrastructure issues, providing technical solutions and escalation support

Ensure compliance with IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Prepare reports on network performance, infrastructure metrics, and technology investments for senior management

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in network and infrastructure administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role

Proficiency in managing enterprise network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and lead technical teams

Experience in documentation and knowledge management systems
