Job summary

Bitera DC is seeking a Network Operations Lead to run 24x7 monitoring, incident response and service assurance across critical platforms in Jakarta. The role emphasizes governance of change, vendor coordination, and proactive capacity planning.

You will oversee escalation for P1/P2 incidents, ensure evidence gathering, and drive continuous improvement through RCA and action tracking. A strong leadership mindset and hands-on ops experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in network operations and incident management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate vendors.
• Familiarity with change control, RCA and SLA assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical response for incidents and outages.
• Monitor availability, performance, and capacity metrics against targets.
• Coordinate carriers, MSPs and internal teams for escalation to resolution.
• Oversee change control processes with test plans and rollback evidence.
• Supervise cross-connect delivery, cabling, and activation readiness.
• Draft service catalogue inputs and provide incident data for service reviews.
