Job summary

PT. Mastersystem Infotama in Jakarta is seeking an F5 BIG-IP Engineer to design, implement, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP solutions (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, ASM) to support business and application requirements.

You will manage load balancing, SSL offloading, and high availability configurations, monitor performance, troubleshoot F5-related issues, and collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from Electro Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related major (GPA: min. 3.0)
• 1–2 years experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Strong English communication (oral & written)
• Knowledge of network technologies & network security
• Valid F5 certification

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP solutions (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, ASM) to support business and application requirements
• Manage and optimize load balancing, SSL offloading, and high availability configurations
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for network and F5-related issues
• Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams for system integration and deployment
• Maintain SSL certificates, iRules, and security configurations on F5 devices
• Perform system upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery testing

Minimum Qualifications

• Having valid F5 certification
