Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk is seeking an IT Support Technician in South Jakarta. Responsibilities include conducting IT operation monitoring, providing 1st level support, and troubleshooting networks. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering or a related field.

Fresh graduates with a GPA of at least 3.00 are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and relevant technologies is essential. CCNA or similar certifications are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in Routing, Switching, Basic Network, OSI layer.
• Experience with products like F5, Cisco, or Huawei is advantageous.
• CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, F5 BIG-IP certifications are a plus.
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and proactive behavior required.
