Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology is looking for IT support personnel to conduct operation monitoring and provide first-level support for external customers. The successful candidate will perform network troubleshooting and IT security monitoring within the customer environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and welcomes fresh graduates. Familiarity with network technologies and equipment such as Cisco and F5 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply.
• Experience with certifications like CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, F5 BIG-IP is a plus.
