Job summary

PT. Mastersystem Infotama in Jakarta is seeking an F5 BIG-IP Engineer to design, implement, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP solutions (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, ASM) to support business and application requirements.

You will manage load balancing, SSL offloading, and high availability configurations, monitor performance, troubleshoot F5-related issues, and collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree from Electro Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related major (GPA: min. 3.0)
1–2 years experience; fresh graduates welcome
Strong English communication (oral & written)
Knowledge of network technologies & network security
Valid F5 certification

Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP solutions (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM, ASM) to support business and application requirements
Manage and optimize load balancing, SSL offloading, and high availability configurations
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network infrastructure
Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for network and F5-related issues
Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams for system integration and deployment
Maintain SSL certificates, iRules, and security configurations on F5 devices
Perform system upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery testing
Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs
