Job summary

PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk is seeking a Network Support Specialist to help maintain our data networks and infrastructure in Java, Jakarta area. You will manage devices, monitor cabling, and support JKD operations, including intranet and extranet services.

The role requires practical knowledge of TCP/IP, experience with Cisco devices, and strong problem-solving skills. You will work with internal teams to ensure high reliability and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Computer Networks or Information Systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
