Job summary

Lintasarta seeks an L1 Network Engineer to support operations at a customer site in Jakarta. The role covers monitoring, incident handling, escalation coordination, and maintaining service levels per SLA.

Placement is Jakarta – On-site at Lintasarta's Customer in the Financial/Government sector. The candidate will work full-time as a PKWT contract project employee and be placed in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology/Information Systems/Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or related fields.
• 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer or Network Support Engineer.
• Understanding of Network Infrastructure, SD-WAN, Routing & Switching, Firewall Technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network devices and services to ensure availability and performance.
• Handle incidents and ensure initial response within 30 minutes.
• Coordinate escalations with L2 teams and document incident records.
• Maintain SLA targets and provide standby/on-call support when required.

Job description

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in: Information Technology/Information Systems/Telecommunications Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Network Engineer or Network Support Engineer.
• Understanding of Network Infrastructure,SD-WAN,Routing & Switching,Firewall Technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience handling incident escalation to L2 teams is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Financial/Government sector in Jakarta.
• Willing to be a PKWT contract project employee's Lintasarta.
• Willing to work full-time in the office.
• Monitor and operate network devices and services, including Network, SD-WAN, Router, and Firewall.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and incident handling based on operational procedures.
• Ensure every incident receives an initial response within 30 minutes and follow through until resolution or escalation.
• Coordinate incident escalations with L2 support teams (MSI/Datacom) and provide required technical information.
• Support operational activities and provide standby/on-call support when required.
• Coordinate with customers and related teams for troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational activities.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports, operational documentation, and escalation records.
• Conduct preventive support activities to maintain service availability and achieve SLA targets.
