Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology is seeking a capable IT support professional in South Jakarta. The role focuses on IT operation monitoring and first-line customer support, with responsibilities including basic network troubleshooting and ensuring security in client environments.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a related engineering degree is required and CCNA/CCNP or F5 BIG-IP certifications are a plus. Placement is in South Jakarta for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fresh graduates with GPA ≥ 3.0 are welcome.
• Knowledgeable in routing, switching, basic network and OSI model.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or F5 BIG-IP are a plus.

• Provide 1st level support for external custome
• rPerform network troubleshooting at the customer
• Conduct IT Operation & Security monitoring within the customer

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any related discipline.
• Fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in Routing, Switching, Basic Network, OSI layer
• Experience with one or more this product: Palo Allto, Fortigate, F5, DWDM, Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, or Aruba
• Having CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, F5 BIG-IP certification is a plus
• Having a good communication, teamwork, and active-proactive.
