Jhpiego seeks a Project Assistant to support UNFPA-funded maternal and newborn health projects at national level in Indonesia. The role focuses on administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth implementation by the management and technical team, across West Java, Central Java, and national activities.

The successful candidate will organise meetings, track documentation, liaise with government and NGO partners, and assist with travel, procurement, and financial records.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 diploma with 3–5 years of working experience in office administration.
• Experience in health-sector programs is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with government, NGOs and other stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to national and sub-national teams.
• Organize meetings, workshops and trainings, including attendance lists and minutes.
• Maintain records, distribute materials, and manage documentation.
• Support logistics, vendor communications, and procurement documents.
• Assist in travel logistics and accommodation arrangements for staff.
• Create and manage online meetings via Zoom and Teams.
• Update contact information for staff, partners, mentors, and collaborators.
• Support expenditure tracking and compilation of financial documents.
