Clinton Health Access Initiative Indonesia is seeking a Senior Admin, Logistic, and Data Assistant to support Lenacapavir procurement, distribution, and office operations in Jakarta, with travel to West and East Java as needed.

You will manage inventory, data extraction from SI PrEP/SIHA, dashboards, and procurement processes, while coordinating travel, vendor relations, and filing to ensure timely program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years experience in logistics, data management, or admin roles.
• Strong data collection, accuracy, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and office software.
• Willingness to travel to study sites in Java regions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, track, and record Lenacapavir commodity movement to study sites.
• Maintain inventory records and flag stock issues.
• Support storage, handling, and regulatory compliance of materials.
• Process financial and procurement data per donor requirements.
• Extract and clean program data from SI PrEP and SIHA, and support dashboards.
• Coordinate surveys, KIIs, and vendor communications.
• Provide office administration and travel logistics support for CHAI Indonesia.
