Job summary

Eka Jaya Group in Tangerang is seeking an E-Commerce Affiliate Supervisor to lead our affiliate program for premium brands Hanasui and NCo across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms. You will drive strategy, manage relationships with creators and KOLs, and collaborate with E-Commerce, Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to optimize campaigns.

The role requires 3–5 years in affiliate/digital marketing, with a strong track record in affiliate program management and performance optimization,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, influencer/KOL management.
• Proven experience managing affiliate programs and driving affiliate sales performance.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, social commerce, and digital campaigns.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and marketplaces, particularly TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate.
• Strong experience managing affiliates, creators, and KOLs.
• Analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, sales, conversion, and ROI.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, commercially driven, and able to grow affiliate performance.
• Data-friendly with tracking links and campaign metrics.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and e-commerce performance.
• Affiliate Program Management: Oversee day-to-day affiliate programs across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead promotions, commission structures, incentives, and campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor GMV, clicks, conversion rate, ROI, and other KPIs.
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase affiliate contributions toward targets.
• Affiliate Recruitment: Source and onboard high-performing affiliates and creators.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with E‑commerce, Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams.
• Team Supervision: Guide and develop team members to hit targets.
• Trend Monitoring: Track affiliate marketing and social commerce trends for opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, influencer/KOL management, or related roles
• Proven experience in managing affiliate programs and driving affiliate sales performance
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, social commerce, and digital campaigns
• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or FMCG industries is preferred
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and marketplaces, particularly TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, sales, conversion, and ROI
• Proactive, commercially driven, detail-oriented, and able to identify opportunities to grow affiliate performance
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data (e.g., tracking links, campaign performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Strategy: Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive sales, revenue, and overall e-commerce performance.
• Affiliate Program Management: Manage and oversee day-to-day affiliate programs across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other relevant platforms.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of affiliate campaigns, including promotions, commission structures, incentives, and special campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, including GMV/sales, clicks, conversion rate, commission, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to increase affiliate contribution and achieve sales targets.
• Affiliate Recruitment: Lead the identification, acquisition, onboarding, and development of potential high-performing affiliates and creators.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-Commerce, Marketing, Brand, Creative, and other internal teams to ensure smooth affiliate campaign execution.
• Team Supervision: Supervise, guide, and develop team members to ensure affiliate activities are executed effectively and targets are achieved.
• Trend Monitoring: Monitor trends in affiliate marketing, social commerce, creators, and e-commerce platforms to identify new business opportunities.
