Job summary

Permata Bank in Indonesia invites graduates to join its retail banking team. You will handle customer transactions, assist with savings openings, and ensure accurate processing of documents while maintaining service quality.

This role also includes cross-selling Hajj and Umrah savings products, field visits to customers or partners, and adherence to KYC and risk-management principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major; fresh graduates with high potential are welcome to apply.

• Proficient in operating computers/laptops (MS Office) and capable of adapting quickly to bank systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions (cash, non-cash, Hajj validation) and daily cash reconciliation.
• Manage savings account openings and provide customer service while processing documents.
• Verify and validate all transaction documents and ensure accuracy.
• Promote Hajj and Umrah savings products and conduct field visits to customers or partners.

Job Description :

• Service Activities: Handle customer transactions (cash, non-cash, Hajj validation, etc.), perform daily cash reconciliation, manage savings account openings, provide customer service, complete administrative and operational transactions, and verify as well as validate all transaction documents.
• Sales Activities: Offer Hajj and Umrah savings products, and conduct field visits to customers or Hajj partners to achieve established targets.
• Product Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs, introduce relevant banking products or services, and promote the usage of PermataBank's digital channels in alignment with specified targets.
• Compliance: Apply prudential banking principles, Zero Tolerance policy, Know Your Customer (KYC), and risk management principles, including maintaining customer confidentiality and updating customer profiles in accordance with applicable procedures.
