Permata Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our retail branch in Indonesia, ensuring smooth operations, strategic planning, and strong team performance. You will drive sales targets and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders to align with regional strategies.

The role requires solid knowledge of banking products, marketing, and proven leadership. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in banking are preferred, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and growth.
