Job summary

Brink's Medan sedang mencari petugas monitoring ATM untuk memantau status ATM secara real-time, mengecek kondisi operasional, dan mencatat laporan gangguan.

Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis, melaporkan issue, follow up hingga ATM kembali normal, serta memastikan SLA terpenuhi. Laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan akan disusun dan didokumentasikan dengan akurat.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring status ATM (online/offline) secara real-time
• Mengecek kondisi operasional ATM (cash, kertas struk, error, jaringan)
• Menerima dan mencatat laporan gangguan ATM
• Melaporkan issue ke teknisi/FLM untuk penanganan
• Melakukan follow up sampai ATM kembali normal
• Koordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk percepatan perbaikan
• Memastikan SLA (waktu penanganan) terpenuhi
• Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
• Input data incident ke sistem monitoring
• Menjaga akurasi data dan dokumentasi operasional ATM
