Job summary

Brink’s mencari kandidat yang bertanggung jawab untuk memantau ATM secara real-time dan mencatat setiap insiden operasional, termasuk status cash, kertas struk, dan koneksi jaringan. Posisi ini melibatkan pelaporan segera ke teknisi serta koordinasi lintas tim untuk perbaikan cepat.

Anda akan memastikan bahwa waktu penanganan sesuai SLA, membuat laporan rutin harian, mingguan, dan bulanan, serta menjaga akurasi data di sistem monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring status ATM (online/offline) secara real-time.
• Mengecek kondisi operasional ATM (cash, kertas struk, error, jaringan).
• Menerima dan mencatat laporan gangguan ATM.
• Melaporkan issue ke teknisi/FLM untuk penanganan.
• Melakukan follow up sampai ATM kembali normal.
• Koordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk percepatan perbaikan.
• Memastikan SLA (waktu penanganan) terpenuhi.
• Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
• Input data incident ke sistem monitoring.
• Menjaga akurasi data dan dokumentasi operasional ATM.
